How an osteopathy session takes place:

The duration of treatment is one hour.

Note that at the first meeting the assessment and a general health questionnaire must be included but there is no additional charge for opening your file.

It is recommended to wear loose and comfortable clothing or if you wish we have hospital gown at your disposal.

We work only with our hands and on an electric table.

The osteopath is therefore a professional who performs fine palpations to find and treat dysfunctions of the structure of both bone, muscle, soft tissue sores or viscera. This is intended to allow good blood circulation and fluids. The foundations of osteopathy are based on the principles of self-regulation and self-healing of the body.

At the end of the session, you will be given postural recommendations  and exercises if necessary.

Osteopathy treatments induce calm and deep relaxation and are a great way to reconnect with your body and help manage stress.

Please note that we do not hesitate to refer you to your doctor if necessary.
